We recently secured £20,000 in compensation for a client who was prescribed incorrect medication.

Despite raising concerns with the prescribing clinicians on four separate occasions, our client was repeatedly assured the medication was correct and safe to use.

Just three months later, our client was admitted to hospital. An independent consultant’s report, obtained by us, confirmed the hospitalisation was directly caused by the incorrect prescription, and that the medication should never have been prescribed.
