Kevin MacAllister

Kevin is a Director in the firm. He began his legal training with MacAllister Keenan & Co Solicitors in 2007 and qualified as a solicitor in 2010. He founded MacAllister McAleese with David McAleese in 2020.

Kevin is accredited by the Law Society of Northern Ireland as a Solicitor Advocate and uses his advocacy skills to assist clients at every court tier in the Jurisdiction in respect of the Civil, Criminal and Family matters.

Kevin is a third generation Solicitor and is proud to carry on the family tradition of providing legal services to the local community and beyond.

 

David McAleese

David is a Director in the firm, having trained and practiced for a number of years with a major national practice in Birmingham before returning home in 2007.

Since 2007, he worked in city practices on major projects, commercial property and finance transactions, before embarking on practice on his own account in 2019 and founding MacAllister McAleese with Kevin in 2020.

David is dual qualified, and regularly advises on transactions in England and Wales as well as his core practice in Northern Ireland.

 

Terry MacAllister

Terry is a Consultant Solicitor. He was previously a Partner in MacAllister Keenan & Co Solicitors and has over 25 years experience of advising clients in all areas of general practice including family law, conveyancing matters and personal injury claims.

 

Shirley-Anne Hilditch

Shirley-Anne is a Solicitor in MacAllister McAleese and has worked within the legal sector for over 20 years. She advises clients in relation to Will drafting, Enduring Power of Attorney matters and in the Administration of Estates.
