We recently secured £75,000 in compensation for a client who was incorrectly diagnosed with and treated for epilepsy for more than eight years while under the care of a now disgraced neurologist. The clinician was later struck off the medical register following the North’s largest ever patient recall in 2018.
After a protracted legal battle lasting more than six years — during which numerous obstacles were placed in our client’s way — we ultimately secured £75,000 in damages for our client, together with legal costs and medical expenses.
